The prices of the registration packages are linked to the condition of the accommodation of the registrants at the Rodos Palace Hotel during the RISE-SD2023 event 29-31/5/2023
The projects involved as exhibitors in the RISE-SD 2023 are considered co-organizers and may present their results in one of the following ways.
Booths/Stands are associated with R&D projects.
To reserve a booth or stand, you must make a related presentation and submit the abstract as asked below.
This package includes:
1 stand for project brochures in the event’s space, project rollup banner, registration fees for 2 participants/attendees, dissemination material in the event’s bag, 1 oral or poster presentation (after submitting the relative extended abstract) in one of the sessions, which will be included in the online RISESD2023 Book of proceedings, access to all event plenaries, sessions, workshops and demos, possibility to submit a paper, related to an accepted presentation, that will be published in the Springer’s series book following a peer-review procedure, participation in the live demos, logo (medium size) in all electronic and printed material of the event.
This package includes:
1 booth in the exhibition space with room for
presenting project results, supply and internet connection, one ~50” monitor and stand, project rollup banner, registration fees for 2 participants/attendees, dissemination material in the event’s bag, 1 oral or poster presentation (after submitting the relative extended abstract) in one of the sessions, which will be included in the online RISESD2023 Book of proceedings, access to all event plenaries, sessions, workshops and demos, possibility to submit a paper, related to an accepted presentation, that will be published in the Springer’s series book following a peer-review procedure, participation in the live demos, logo (large size) in all electronic and printed material of the event.
The costs for participating in RISE-SD2023 are eligible as dissemination costs and can be covered
by the relevant budget category of EU-funded R&D projects.
